• Contact details you submit through our demo booking form: name, work email, phone number, company and any notes.
• Account and workspace data if you become a customer, such as team member names and roles.
• Call and conversation data processed on behalf of customers when they use the AI receptionist, including transcripts and metadata such as call time and duration.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected to keep the site secure and working.

• To schedule and deliver demos you request.
• To provide, operate and improve the AnswerFlow platform.
• To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• To protect the service against abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer call content to market to their end callers.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example when you submit a demo request), performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

We use third-party providers for hosting, communications, telephony, analytics and AI model processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on request from info@answerflow.in.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Demo enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Customer workspace data is retained for the life of the account and deleted on request after termination.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@answerflow.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
