Terms of Service

By accessing answerflow.in or using the AnswerFlow platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise in a signed order form, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls or messages.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Comply with all telephony, recording and consent laws that apply where you and your callers are located.

You retain ownership of the data you and your callers submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

AnswerFlow uses AI models to generate responses, summaries and coaching feedback. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial or safety consequences.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated on our Status page.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
